Very Comfortable! Much more even support for my back and neck than stacking pillows behind me, while struggling to get them in the correct position.

When it first came it has a strong chemical smell, I out it outside for a few days to air out. I use this to elevate my head when sleeping and so far so good.

Very satisfied with purchase (though I may have to purchase another because my granddaughter keeps wanting to snatch it!). Well stitched, filling not too squishy. Shipping was prompt.
