The actual clippers are great but the metal gift box came dented in like 5 spots.

ARRIVED IN A IMPRESSIVE TIN BOX. WAS MISSING THE NAIL FILE. IT'S AGGRAVATING AND TIME CONSUMING TO MAKE IT RIGHT. COMPLETE THE ORDER THE FIRST TIME.

The big cutter wont cut my nails. it not sharp

The clippers seem ok. But the case is beat up. If they cannot keep quality control on the case, how can I trust the product. Disappointed.
