Received the package and it looks great. Very well boxed. First time using the large clipper and the inner spring piece broke off. I’ve now had to jimmy-rig it to use it. Not acceptable at this price point.

The toenail clippers themself do not open big enough for "thicker" nails, and the pointed tool is hard to maneuver, so hard I kept pinching my fingers, when using it on my toe nails. I paid extra for the purpose of using with "thicker nails"... I thought I had researched very well...but I am completely disappointed and feel it was a waste of money.

The directions are full of grammatical errors, so I realized I was in for a treat... looks quality but the actual product is not. Difficult to position for tension, ended up bending one tension rod within a few minutes of opening. Save your money.

I don't have ingrown toenails. I do have trouble bending and it's hard to reach my toenails. This toenail clipper is actually amazing. The grip is easy to hold. The clipper tips are curved just the right amount. I can hold the clipper in my right hand and clip one half of a toenail, and then flip the clipper so they are going in the opposite direction, and with the same hand, clip the other half of the toenail. One spring lever is perfect for me (there are two spring levers if you need more power). I also really like the metal file that comes in this set. The fingernail clippers are OK, but the fingernails or toenails fall out, and I already have fingernail clippers that catch the nails and you empty it out at the end. But believe me, the toenail clippers with this set are amazing.UPDATE: Six months later, I'm not such a fan of these toenail clippers anymore. They have seemed to lose their sharpness quickly. I am going to keep searching for good toenail clippers.
