I purchased this to cut my mother's nasty thick toe nails. They worked well on most of her nails, I just need to learn how to properly use them. They are very sharp and after hurting her, I gave up and took her to a Podiatrist.

The actual big clippers are great. The rest of the "kit" was die cast metal whatever.I don't know why manufacturers don't add a non skid coat to the clippers especially on the die cast metal pieces. I think they wouldn't seem to cheapie. The reason i bought them though was the big clippers and they're great.

I'm not sure about the maneuverability so I put 3 stars. I will update when I've used them more. just a heads up like others said these are sharp!! Even the nail file cute me but I always bleed on 4 toes and only 3 bled so I think once learn how to use these and not over due it I'll have more success. The goal is to get rid of my fungus and get my nails into at least decent shapeAlso if you're a dummy like me you will try using them without reading the directions. Don't! The metal pieces on the inside make it spring to open and close. Pull them out to use

Very well packaged and well made pliers type nail clipper. Nail file and single toenail clipper. Appears to be made of stainless steel, but not sure, time will tell. File is about 3 and a half inches long and could be improved with a rubber holding end. Single nail clipper is well made and sharp. Cloth bag says made in China. Packaged inside a six by three and a half inch metal case. / July 15 addend. Excellent plier type nail clipper and also super individual caliper fingernail clipper!

When I opened the package I was impressed by the look and feel of this cutter. I used it on thick hard big toe nails and it did the job. However, I was disappointed when I tried to access the website included on a card that offered by one get one in after market. The site afterrsale001@sina..com was not there. Instead it took me to sina.com which is a company site with most info in Chinese. There was an English conversion but I could not find anything about the after sale offer.

There are blessings in old age, and then there are burdens as well, including thickened toenails. I can’t use a regular toenail clipper on either of my great toenails. I ordered these and while they do the trick, I keep them put far away from my granddaughter, as you need a “clipper permit” to use them! They are very sharp and could easily hurt someone. I wouldn’t recommend for an elderly person who has poor vision or a feeble grip, as they could hurt themselves or others. That said, I’m grateful to have an instrument that can clip my faux-concrete toenails!

Sunto has produced a very well-tooled heavy nail trimmer. The other trimmer is also nice, don't know if I'll ever use the metal nail file, but thank you for including that. The only issue with your well-tooled trimmer is how you secured your tension bars to it. They seem the quality of a paper clip and don't secure well enough to the handles to ever use them when both are needed. I suspect you know of this design flaw as your instructions discourage the use of both and both are needed for correct tension. One tension bar works, but for the quality of the trimmer, there should really be two heavy, well secured tension bars. Otherwise, a very good, useful product.

They seem to work fine. Too soon to say whether or not how long they last. Overall I’m satisfied.

They worked so I would buy them again.
