Not sure if these would be great for the snow but one thing for sure, is that they are warm. Haven’t tested for rain but again, if u want warmth over anything else, these are good.

Zipper in front is perfect. Stretchy around waist for slimming look. Adjustable straps too. Great for snowboarding and winter activities in the cold and snow. Great for being outside shoveling or engaging in snow sports. They appear to be water and wind resistent. The length of them are also perfect. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These overall snow pants fit great. They are an extra large but have plenty of room if you are wearing layers underneath. They also are long. My husband is 6 foot 2 inches and these are down to the ground without boots on. They will definitely keep the snow out. They also have pockets which is nice to protect from the weather.
