Pure Enrichment PureRelief XXL offers double-wide (20″ × 24″) therapeutic heat coverage for sore muscles in your back, legs and shoulders. With nearly twice the surface area of standard heating pads, it is ideal for wrapping around large areas to relieve arthritic pain, muscle ache and stiff joints. Use for just 20 minutes daily (or as recommended by your doctor) to increase blood flow and reduce pain and muscle spasms.
The PureRelief XXL has a LED controller and easily adjusts to 6 different temperature settings – Warm – ~105° F, Low – ~112° F, Medium Low- ~119° F, Medium – ~126° F, Medium High – ~133° F, and High – ~140° F. It also features a 2-hour auto shut off to conserve energy and prevent burns caused by excessive heat.
The super-soft microplush material feels soft and comforting to the bare skin and is machine washable to maintain the beauty and softness for years to come.
In some cases, you may find that moist heat therapy provides more comfort and tension relief. When using moist heat therapy, you should protect furniture and clothing from becoming damp.
1) Dampen one side of the PureRelief XL with water by patting the surface with a wet sponge or cloth or use a spray bottle to apply a fine mist. Do not thoroughly soak PureRelief XL.
2) Do not spray or dampen the connector.
Danger: Do not immerse any part of PureRelief XL in water or place under running water when plugged in. Doing so can damage PureRelief XL and cause serious personal injury.
Note: The Pad Connector and the Control Connector must be completely dry before establishing an electrical connection.

My wife and I purchased a 20"x24" heating pad and loved it so much we bought one for her father and one for my mother. The difference in heating settings is great for different needs. The larger size is fabulous. The only issue we have had is one pad we purchased stopped working after less than a year.
I use this product each night when I go to sleep, and it relieves any pain as I drift off to sleep. The pad always turns off after two hours, and the heat level is consistent, and evenly spread throughout the pad. I'm glad I got this!
