magnets came off after 1st use. Returning

Died after 3 charge, The tiny red light just flashes now...

Worked well for a few times, but then the light bar would not stay locked. Tried tightening the screws at the pivot but that did nothing. Works if you lay it on it's side but that's not why you want to buy this item

Light shines bright but battery on a full charge last no more then 30 mins and magnet is not strong enough to hold it's weight.
