I love that it has 10 different sound features, can be used as an alarm clock & a sleep trainer. You can also use it for wireless audio to play music from your phone with Bluetooth. It has a light with 3 different brightness settings and a companion app that can be downloaded & control with your cellphone. I have noticed a change in how quickly and soundly I fall asleep now compared to before. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a little help falling asleep.

I love that it has a built-in clock and still some noise as I require noise to fall asleep I would recommend this for anybody looking for a night time, a sound, machine and clock.

The light has 3 adjustable brightness settings. The sleep sounds are calming and relaxing. He prefers the rain sound. It uses a USB cable to plug in. You will need your own plug. The speaker is great. It sounds better and is louder (we like to have dance parties before bedtime) than my phone. I just connect it via Bluetooth. It has a clock display on it as well and you can set an alarm using the app or directly on the light.

It has all the features, is the perfect size and is so easy to operate!! I love being able to connect to Bluetooth, play my favorite songs and listen to calming built in sounds while trying to rest or sleep. The three different light settings are an added bonus!
