They shipped me a new size to be more leak proof. I initially bought a large based on the size chart but it was too loose on my bad days for me to feel confident. The medium is perfect, there’s enough stretch in the fabric and I can’t say enough great things about the comfort level. Wish the front of the gusset was longer/more coverage, but still the most comfy period underwear

Love these! I use them alone with no tampons or other protection and they’ve still never leaked! So much more comfortable than having to wear pads or tampons or cups.
