A great grill

Cleanup is awful but easy to put together and use.

I had an issue with the stand and it fell apart after about a month, and it looks like there is no way to repair it. So if I want to use it, I have to put it on a table. It is NOT anything like a gas grill! I think I do a better job in my cast iron grill pan on the stove. When you are done, you have 3 things that need cleaned: the lid, the grill itself which is more like a non-stick grill pan, and the grease catcher. So it doesn't really save time and it really doesn't cook like a barbecue grill. Sad I kind of feel stuck with it.

Not what I thought. Very hard to clean. Could use my grill pan easier than messing with this.

Although this grill cooks pretty well, is easy enough to clean and was simple to assemble, it 'earns' a 1-star rating because the non-stick coating on the cooking plate began flaking off after the first use. I ALWAYS clean it using a medium plastic-bristle brush and simple dish soap... the same brush and soap I use for my stove-top cookware. I've used the grill for a bit over a year now and every cleaning causes more of the coating to flake off. I definitely would NOT recommend this grill.
