This backpack is such a fun and unique concept, it has Velcro so you can attach patches from their brand to the backpack easily. I like that this backpack is a great size and the straps are supportive and comfortable. To the side of the backpack it also has a water bottle compartment. I recently purchased this backpack for my daughter in the color navy. I’m thrilled with the purchase! The Velcro panels on the outside are perfect for decorating with patches, making it super customizable. The backpack is spacious, comfortable, and has great compartments for organization. This is a great kindergartner or young education school level backpack. It has one big pocket with one front smaller pocket. It has enough space for what a younger child needs to be taken back and forth to school but the best part is the patches spaces on the front. We have loved looking for little patches to put on the front that represent her and that she is interested in. She is so excited about this back pack. This HEDi-Pack 16.5 inch backpack is a great backpack for older kids or adults. The straps are thick, adjustable, and padded. Which is great for carrying heavy books or for travel. The fabric seems to be of a good durable fabric as well. The side pocket is big enough to fit even the largest size water bottles. Overall I'd say this is a great backpack for rough and tumble kids. This backpack is a really nice size, it has velcro all over the front and sides to personalize and change out style in an easy and quick way. The front has a buckle to help it secure on my child, it runs a bit bigger on my toddler but I think age eight and up it would fit great. After looking online I wish there were a few more patch options to personalize this more, but overall it’s a great backpack. I received an incentive to write this review.

I got the backpack because I like the simple look and the velcro compatibility but I realize most of the patches are iron-on only.
