I’m pregnant and have a lot of low back, neck, and shoulder pain/soreness. This is helping relieve some of that and I’m so thankful for this product. I haven’t found a heating pad that can cover this great amount of surface including my neck, which is very important. Will highly recommend to everyone in search of a heating pad! I bought this heating pad several years ago and have enjoyed using it so much that I bought the same one for all my family members. The happiest moment of my every single day is when I get to wrap myself in this amazing heating pad. It has helped to ease all muscle tightness in my body; neck, back, shoulders, hamstring (recent injury), etc. After many years of daily use, the heating pad stopped functioning properly and I figured I had to get a new one. I wrote to customer service at Pure Enrichment hoping they could advise if there was something to do to fix the problem. To my utter surprise they got back to me right away. They asked for some information on proof of purchase and when I took longer than usual to respond, they actually followed up with me (when does that ever happen?) When I found out that they are very generously replacing my heating pad, I absolutely could not believe it, I have never experienced such amazing customer service. This is an awesome company all around.

I love everything about it! It’s soft, comfortable and is much better than the flat heating pads. I love how it hugs my neck area and shoulders. I already purchased another one for my daughter and plan to get one more for my other daughter. I love how it shuts off after 2 hours because I use it every night when I go to bed
