I bought this heating pad several years ago and have enjoyed using it so much that I bought the same one for all my family members. The happiest moment of my every single day is when I get to wrap myself in this amazing heating pad. It has helped to ease all muscle tightness in my body; neck, back, shoulders, hamstring (recent injury), etc. After many years of daily use, the heating pad stopped functioning properly and I figured I had to get a new one. I wrote to customer service at Pure Enrichment hoping they could advise if there was something to do to fix the problem. To my utter surprise they got back to me right away. They asked for some information on proof of purchase and when I took longer than usual to respond, they actually followed up with me (when does that ever happen?) When I found out that they are very generously replacing my heating pad, I absolutely could not believe it, I have never experienced such amazing customer service. This is an awesome company all around.

I love everything about it! It’s soft, comfortable and is much better than the flat heating pads. I love how it hugs my neck area and shoulders. I already purchased another one for my daughter and plan to get one more for my other daughter. I love how it shuts off after 2 hours because I use it every night when I go to bed

I just bought it. Is the best heading pad I have ever purchased. The size is perfect, it covers my whole back plus the neck area a total bonus. The fabric is super soft to the touch and what I love the most is the heating settings, it has 4. I would totally recommend this pad for anyone with back or neck issues or just for relaxation.
