Had for about a month and used a total of 4 times (where the umbrella was extended out), we put it down to move it and then it wouldn't raise back up. We noticed the cheap rope used to crank the umbrella up was not getting any tension. Removed the umbrella from the metal poles and saw that the rope had snapped. Cheap product. A more durable rope should be used! Now we are dealing with customer service. No way to fix it because of how the metal poles are riveted together.

Great umbrella until it started fading. It looks as if we’ve had this umbrella for over 5 years and we bought it March 10th and started using it this May (It’s August 1st). The lights are a nice feature.

Like the size & solar lights, however the fabric is fading so bad that when you open.it you can see lines where it faded when closed up.

Not pleased with the quality

I think it was over priced. I saw the exact same umbrella for 35.00 cheaper. I wish I had waited 🙁.

It's ok for the money, time will tell, seems like it's going to need to be down whenever not outside using it as seems like a little wind gust could damage and blow it over and I've got the base recommend for umbrella. It's bigger than I had thought it would be and led lights work perfectly. If it lasts it will definitely be worth the money. Update lost stars, lights quick working after about a week maybe, and only used them a few times longest being about 20 minutes, the rest just showing friends or first checking them out, gets plenty of sun more than enough to charge for sure. Could have bought one same size same color same basically all the way around except the other didn't have the led lights and was 25 dollars cheaper. Got this one specifically for the lights, and basically got one 20 minute use our of them and not going to pack it all up and send it back for another one, so if the lighting is part of why you're thinking of getting this one might want to think about getting the cheaper one without lights then just buy a strand of LED lights and go that route instead.

I GOT THIS AROUND 6 WEEKS AGO IN GREEN AND THE COLOR IS REALLY FADING FAST. LOVE THE OVERALL UMBRELLA BUT I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE COLOR FADING.

Broke after first windy day. Pole bent and now it's junk.

Even though it shows having a base & how to assemble it does not have a base you have to order the base seperately

I purchased the Starbucks green umbrella on October 18, 2020, and I have not been able to use the product and it has faded. The item is not worth $74.99.
