I have had it for about 2 months - the color already faded under the New England sun (meaning -not even that strong sun exposure). The color completely faded within a month. The rod broke at the first wind I had. Customer service is amazing. I just wish the product itself was better.

I purchased the red/burgendy earlier this year. After 4 month of use (we typically keep it closed) I noticed the stripes where the color has faded.

Faded terribly the first summer that we purchased it. Our red umbrella faded to almost white

Mine faded rather quickly, I am going to try and spray paint it. The cost for the spray paint is half of the cost for a new umbrella. I wouldn't recommend.

I purchased the 10 Ft light up umbrella for my below deck. The wind down/ windup is backwards and very hard to operate. Also the solar lights are not very bright. Will use but very disappointed and how is one to know that will happen when it is all set up? The arrow on it is the opposite direction.☹️

Nice umbrella, but one gust of wind bent the pole, you could probably hand bend this thing. Not worth the money based off of weak metal in pole assembly. Lights are avg, I have a different canopy (also solar) whose LED lights are twice as bright.

I have to agree with those stating that the umbrella is not very durable. A gust of wind on a very sunny day blew it over knocking over the table with it. The base was very heavy and sturdy. In the end, the pole broke at the connection point where you tilt it and the fabric ripped. The metal pieces were shattered so there was no way to repair. I suppose it was fine other than that.

The umbrella is great and the lights work but are not that bright. The pole on the other hand rusted out and broke after one summer season.

The Solar powered LED lights never worked.

just didn't like the size of the umbrella and the fabric.
