Apple makes the best charging cords - they are long lasting, give the fastest charge and most importantly, I know when I plug my iPad or phone in, it’s going to work - everytime. And I depend on my phone so when I can’t get a charge - or it’s slow, it’s very inconvenient and frustrating. It’s worth spending more money to get an Apple cord, although I do suggest getting a longer cord - this is just too short.

As far as I can tell, this is an Apple lightening cable, and it came packaged in an Apple box. It looks identical to the one that came with my phone. It charges my iPhone 7 in the same amount of time as any other charger I use and it never heats up. It cost less than it would have cost at the Apple store. I’m pleased with the purchase and it appears to be new (not refurbished)

I ordered directly from Amazon (not a 3rd party seller) and received a genuine Apple cord. This is the same length that comes with a phone or tablet. I'm giving it a 5-star rating since it's genuine, but the durability of Apple cords leaves a lot to be desired (I've probably gone through a dozen in the past few years). So if you're looking for a genuine cord, you can feel comfortable buying this from Amazon.

I lost count of all the cheap knockoff cords I purchased for my iProducts because these are so expensive. I also lost count of how many of those knockoffs I used for a week and threw in the trash because they wouldn't continually charge, had to get the plug into the iProduct "just right" for it to charge - very frustrating. Finally broke down and ordered the Apple cords and have not been sorry!

As far as being a Genuine Apple Lightening Cable, I can safely say Yes, mine was. I did my research and was able to verify that it is a genuine Apple Product. So for the price, and the fact I got it in the mail the very next day, It was absolutely worth every cent.

I bought this for my car. Be advised, this will not fit into the new iPhone chargers. Those require a different end to fit in the new charger boxes. It’s great. It’s perfect. I prefer using chargers directly from the manufacturer. I have found that it helps my battery health.

We’ve all tried to save money by getting the “certified” Apple chargers, and they always stop working after a while. This is a Real Apple Charger in legit packaging and sealed properly. It will still break with the rough use from my kids, but hopefully it will last longer then the knock offs. If you want a real Apple Charging cord, this is it. Sold and shipped by Amazon.

I have purchased and used many different lightning cables in the past. These seem to be official Apple lightning cables. The length is perfect for almost all of my needs. It is long enough to use on my night stand and still be in bed, it is also short enough to not get in the way too much. I have found that these official cables from Apple seem to work longer and work better with my iphone and my ipads. They last longer and they work better. I would stick with these.

Ha! Apple cords, they just don’t make them like they should! My original cord shredded and pulled apart so I needed a replacement. Gave 4 stars because I’m trying to predict the future and see how long this one will last before I start adding tape to it. We shall see!

This is an original Apple lightening cable. It does exactly what it is supposed to do. I suggest buying it directly from Amazon, and not through a 3rd-party seller who may send you a non-authentic product. I also suggest converting meters to inches so that you know exactly what length you are getting. One meter is about 39 inches. Note that after I updated from iOS 13 to iOS 14.4, my third-party lightening cables no longer work efficiently, if at all. I don't know if Apple changed something. Save yourself a lot of aggravation, and buy yourself an original Apple cable directly from Amazon, and make sure that it's the length that you want.
