Missing a peg

Used it once and the next day there was a split in the head and several groups of bristles had dropped out. This is my third body brush, never had this happen before :(Also, the bristles seem REALLY harDh. But all in all, I use it and I’m thankful for it ...

When I received my brush one of the wooden pegs for the massage side of the brush was missing

The handle is pretty short and when wet and hanging, the rubber side leaves a dark brown residue of some kind in the shower tiles and on the brush itself. Won't buy again or refer.Brush is nice and does seem to exfoliate decently though.

Nice brush BUT the wooden frame around the bristle cracked after 2 uses and many of the bristles fall out over time . . . .I like the stiffness of the bristles and the double sided brush not sure if it’s the one I was sent or if these are trends with the product.

This bathing item does not do well in water. The brush began to crack and lose bristles. Quality must not be up to the job.Wish I could exchange it for one the holds up.

This is good quality and works well if you use it. However, I didn’t use it much and when I did go to use it after several months, it was moldy. Probably my own fault for not taking care of it properly.

I thought the one side, not the brush, would be more aggressive, and the handle is not long enough to reach all spots on my back easily
