I received the product today and it was nicely packaged. However, the bristles are sticking out and they seem to be falling out quite a bit when I was using it. It still looks pretty full but I guess we’ll see how long it lasts.

Although this item has good reviews and it is probably good for some people, it's not exactly what I needed and wanted. Looks like good quality.

Had it for a day and took it under the shower for couple of minutes. I didn’t even soak it in the water and even left it to dry properly. Couple of hours later found a crack on the top and the bristles hair started falling apart. Never took it in the shower after that. And now I use it before shower and works fine. But really disappointed with the quality since it cracked so easily. Otherwise its a good product and I’m happy that I’m not using anything which might end up in a landfill and not decompose.

I didn’t benefit from the bubbles side but other side is fine tio

Like the brush but the heel of the brush came cracked and some of the bristles fell out.

Not too well made. The wood cracked and the britles fell out, but they sent me a new one which is ok to date.
