Took this to the park with my son, and we went to opposite sides to work on our touches. The short side gives nice returns for quick passes on the ground. The taller side can be used for all sorts of control & passing work. Once we were done trading sides a few times, we used the net as the center of a volley-tennis game. We used the grass stakes & it stayed in place perfectly with even the hardest hits.

Bought this for my 7 and 9 yr old girls to get more touches- we use it now in the unfinished part of our basement. The shorter side is great for quick passing and trapping. Helps develop weaker foot very well. I use the volley side and go one on one with my oldest, practicing shooting and then getting past the defender and rebounding the ball in after it hits the net. It simulates well a block by a keeper and attacking player following it up. Helps volleying or settling a ball in the air the restriking- all great skills to master. Been a fun addition to our family training.

I bought this product for my 12 year old daughter to practice some soccer skills. She practices first touches, rebounds, juggling and much more. Easy set up and break down and larger then I thought. Great fun!
