Yes they do fit adults and they are easy to program to your phone or Bluetooth device I found it quite easy you have to adjust them though so they fit comfortably but these are light and it’s wicked! However I wish they were a bit heavier because they make them feel cheap like they would break easily but that’s just my feeling but they work great!
