I have used it only twice but found it extremely useful especially printing directly via email.

Kind of clunky and loses wifi but for the price ok

I haven't been able to use this printer as the black ink doesn't seem to be working. The manual does not tell you much but I learned online the replacement cartridge I purchased separately when it popped up as compatible is not. Customer support has not called me back, you can only reach someone via texts. I did get a text message response saying someone would be with me "as soon as possible". This was over 3 hours ago and I am pretty sure the office is closed now...it is presently 5:22 PM PST. To say I am unhappy with my purchase is an understatement; I will pursue the avenues to return this product tomorrow.
