This is a great alternative to a larger window/wall mounted swamp cooler. Great for smaller area of the house or a bedroom. I replace the "filter mesh" thing with normal swamp cooler mats and it works much better. With the green plastic like mat that came with the cooler, it was not cooling or adding any humidity to the room, just a large fan.

I have wanted a fan with Ice that can be added for cooling purposes. Works well. Only gave 4 stars because there must be a new model because the model I just ordered seems to be an improved model. With removable water storage and a shelf for ice.

10 out of 10 hands down best product for the price! I purchased this to cool down my daughters room and it cooled her room at least 10° when using the cool option while adding ice to the tank. Be advised and remember this is a fan and not an a/c but it really works for when your central a/c is having a hard time keeping up. I ended up buying a second one for my kitchen when I’m cooking. If you’re debating definitely get this!
