After using it for about a week, it works, I don't feel the sensitivity like before and my teeth are getting better. Well they feel better anyway. If my dentist recommended it, why not try it. This is the only toothpaste that I’m aware of that is nickel free. I’m allergic to nickel and most toothpastes contain nickel and send me into a coughing fit. This toothpaste has been a blessing!
