Excellent suitcase. Exactly what we were looking for. Lots of nice compartments and it rolls great. Took a few minutes to figure out the locking mechanism, as it's a little unusual, at least not like our old suitcase, but it's all good. Even though we got basic black, it should still be easy to spot at baggage claim.

Love is an understatement. There was a lot of thought put into this luggage. I managed to fit my entire family's stuff for a long weekend (2 kids and 2 adults) and had room to spare. I love the zippered compartments. It's also easy to keep the clean and dirty clothes separate. Just a note, this is not a carry-on.

First of all, I couldn’t believe how light this suitcase was... thought the box was empty when it was delivered! I haven’t bought a suitcase in years and boy how they have changed! This not only had the spinner wheels -it had a built in combination lock, is expandable, even has a built-in laundry bag! I have not tested this through an airport but I have packed it up mighty full for a five-day coastal trip . I packed for four people ( myself and 3 kids)and this was perfect! I’m just hoping it lasts a long time , may have to come back and update you after my next trip through an airport!

Absolutely love this piece of luggage. I love how lightweight it is while still being very large. The luggage does seem to be quite durable (I purchased mine in the Violet Ice color, so I think that scratches will show up easier due to its lightness. To clean, I wiped it with a damp cloth.) The 360 spinner wheels work very well and truly are silent. It’s so roomy, and I love all the storage options and included laundry bag. I tend to overpack, and I foresee a need to have to sit on my suitcase to get it to zip closed ever again!

I purchased this suitcase along with the "Commuter Backpack - Open Story™" & "Hardside Carry On Suitcase - Open Story™", both in the color Sage Green. I also purchased this carry-on in Sage Green. The color is AMAZING!! They all look so great together. I am planning two international trips this year so figured it would be a great time to update my luggage. I really went back and forth contemplating several times due to the price, but the quality of the luggage is 100% worth it. First off THIS THING IS BIG (Not saying that as a bad thing, but it's a larger suitcase). The zippers are very heavy duty and you can tell they will hold up well when you zip and unzip the luggage. The wheels are extremely quiet. The mesh interior pockets were super useful, making it way easier to keep your suitcase organized when packing. It also includes a laundry bag you can use to tote home your dirty laundry. All-in-all, I highly reccomend this suitcase! The whole Open Story Line looks great and is definitely quality!

This is the best looking luggage I have ever owned!! The craftsmanship is amazing! It is large enough to hold all of my clothes and 2 pairs of shoes. It is a lightweight suitcase that you are able to pack your clothing on both sides of the suitcase. There’s a laundry bag inside of the luggage to hold your dirty clothes so they don’t have to be in the same compartment. You are able to unzip the middle of the suitcase for extra space (20%). I love the adjustable handle where you can extend it or lower it to your liking with just a press of a button under the handle. I also love the TSA lock feature so that I can set my own lock code so no one is able to open my luggage. The wheels glide so smoothly on the floor and they are so quiet! The best thing to use to keep the luggage casing clean is with a microfiber towel because it gets dirty quickly. I am going to love traveling with this luggage!
