Slightly annoying as was missing the phone holder other than that good they said they were going to send me one however they haven’t so a bit disappointed in the customer service

the remote control could not change the brightness on the lamp as soon as i got it. I should’ve returned it then but i didn’t and a month later the whole light just randomly stopped working, so now i’m stuck with a useless broken lamp thanks boss

The light was dim. Remote stopped working after one use. There is a reason it’s so cheap!

I got this light ring but after a few month’s use it broke (while on a shoot) and I wasn’t able to get it working again. Save yourself the time and buy a well designed product instead!

The media could not be loaded. Light on ring doesn’t work after only a couple uses.

The media could not be loaded. I’m so sad because I was really excited about this purchase and I truly wanted to love it. The video shows what happens. The remote (which is wired, so not actually remote) just initiates a flash from the ring light but it doesn’t stay on for more than a second, no matter what I’ve tried. I unboxed and assembled this last weekend for a video project and was really disappointed. It really looked like it would be great and it was my 1st ring light. I threw out the packaging so I have no idea how to return it, so I guess I’m out about $40. Wishing the rest of you who purchase this better luck than I had.
