I bought this light and it's overall done its job...but I bought it at the beginning of September and it's beginning to flicker now toward the end of November of the same year. Not worth it in my opinion. Get a couple of used lamps from the thrift store, free bulbs from your electric company, and save the trouble of this cheaply made light.

I was really enjoying this product for my LIVE videos for my SeneGence business....until it stopped turning on. I have unplugged it, clicked all the buttons, then unplugged it again...NOTHING! Sadly, this happened just after the return window closed. Not a happy camper in the end.

It stopped working after 2 months

Very loose and always fall. I have done 3 different exchanges and it’s the same thing every time. The top part thats supposed to hold the ring light doesn’t. Do not buy.

Broke after less than a month. This was my second time buying it and it breaking quickly

I'm on my second light from seller, first light lost a section of lights in ring but seller replaced promptly. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. The ability to change warmth of the light and brightness are very helpful. Tripod is acceptable, especially at this price point. My only frustration is the lack of a Wall Dongle OR clear instructions about the VOLTAGE Requirements for powering this light. You MUST use a 9 volt charger or light shuts off. That means the charging dongle for your current phone, Not an older one you can spare. I have found using a Battery Bank (for "emergency" charging your phone) works well for 1 hour, and it makes the lamp portable.

The brightness and size of the light are wonderful. Where this product fails is with the stands and accessories. The small adjustable stand has no resistance so it just falls down to it shortest most spread out shape. The big tripod is flimsy and broke at the adjustable slider after two uses. The plastic is thin and has a lot of pressure forced on it. The random attachments were scratched up and seem to have no purpose. I’d recommended getting this for the light but you’ll have to buy a better stand separately or use the very small desk stand that comes with this bundle. High quality light, low quality accessories

Unfortunately it was disappointing. I bought this for self-taping auditions and I am returning it. Not bright enough, when you reach the top level brightness it reverts to one level lower. The stand is flimsy. For some reason it creates multiple shadows - might be because it's small. I bought a different brand 18inch that's much better built and works better. Would not recommend this unless you want it for a filler light of some sort.

I just received my new ring light and it's several pieces. It's missing the desktop tripod the camera/phone clip and the extendable hose . I'm not a satisfied customer right.

SO DISAPPOINTING!! LOOKED AT LIKE 30 OPTIONS AND DIDNT REALIZE THE THING THIS ONE IS MISSING AND NEEDS DESPERATELY...... THIS DOESN'T ASSIST WITH TAKING THE PICTURE!!! THERE IS NO REMOTE FOR THE PHONE OR BLUETOOTH CONNECTION TO THE LIGHT RING CONTROLLER FOR START/STOPING VIDEOS OR TAKING SELFIES! YOU MUST BUY AN ADDITIONAL ITEM FOR CAMERA CONTROL OR HAVE A CAMERA WITH A TIMER! Other less impactful responses: Not the easiest to assemble but can be figured out. The lighting might be great. This might be a great item... but because my phone does not come with a remote for selfies and this selfie light ring set-up totally forgot to be competitive and integrate a camera control into the device, I cannot try it out until I putchase additional BS. Because it doesn't connect to the phone and allow you to take photos with the remote control. IT ONLY CONTROLS THE LIGHT RING.
