I was happy to receive this item yesterday but the ring light has only 1 light. the remote doesn't work low or bright. when I click, the light is off. also USB, you have to keep for power. well, i was thinking to get another remote but they doney have also no bag.

It's just okay. The plug is fairly touchy and doesn't always turn on. The phone holder is fairly flimsy. It works but it's just okay.

It died after 6 months of having it and it’s very flimsy and sometimes makes a buzzing noise

The base is super flimsy. Basically you get what you pay for. If you just want it for a teen it should be fine but I still would pay the extra money and get something nicer. 😕 I will be buying a better one soon.

The weight of the phone makes the stand fall, and the light will not properly screw into the base so it’s always tilted/ leaning. Buying a new one and won’t repurchase this one

This is the second one I got. The first one had a broken cord. The second one didn’t last either. The light won’t screw on to the stand at all. The screw just slides right on and the light is completely loose. Very disappointed.

Just received my ring light and stand yesterday. I love that it is very sturdy, much more so than the previous one I owned, however, when trying to use it today, I turned the power button on and the ring lights up for about 2 seconds and then shuts off. There is nothing in the instructions on how to operate, so I'm not sure if this is a faulty product or if I'm doing something wrong. Every time I turned it on, it shut back off after 2 seconds.

I love the light, but the swivel ball that holds the ring up stopped working no matter how tight I tighten the wing nut screw. It keeps falling forward.

VERY CHEAP! I’m an esthetician and lighting is very important! Not bright at all and very cheap and small. If you’re looking for something temporary this would be great but long term DO NOT BUY! I have to buy another one soon.

The Ring light I got had the threads shaved off so I was not able to screw the tripod into the ring light. I was very bummed when I figured out why it wasn’t screwing on. Which made me question the packaging as I received it, it was taped up and the box was damaged. Makes me think someone els returned it for the same reason I’m returning it. The tripod it’s self is very good and looks durable tho.
