Hard to Assemble But Fun

Absolutely excruciating to assemble, but once you figure it out, it’s super fun. Took me (a 30+ auntie) more than two hours to put together track option 3. Many frustrating moments. My hands are calloused. I’m exhausted. But once it’s done, it’s pretty cool.

suggest DIY since instructions are impossible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were excited to do this marble run because the picture on the box makes it seem pretty cool. Unfortunately, the instruction manual is hilariously impossible to read. The pictures and numbers / callouts are so incredibly tiny to read. Most of it is also printed on the grey base so you're trying to read black font on a grey base that is font size 4 (maybe smaller). You can try to replicate the image on the cover or just make your own design by DIY. The pieces are easy to put together so that's one nice thing about it.

Kids had fun, but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids had so much fun playing with this BUT it was a nightmare to put together. We quickly lost a few pieces so we had to improvise a bit at that point. Overall, it's a really cool toy but I would way the age range of 6+ should be more like 8+.

Fun but a long build

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids love marble run toys so they were excited to get this toy. This toy is for an older kid since there are so many parts and it is very time consuming to put together. My 10 year old has working on building the marble run for about 4 days after school. It is still not fully assembled but he is still enjoying it. He did complain that some pieces were hard to attach and bent a little. I like that he is able to be creative with this toy and it’s a little bit of a challenge for him.

Hard to assemble but fun

It is crazy hard to assemble. Once you get what you doing then it takes 1 or 2 hours. But my daughter loved the result.

Difficult and comes apart easily

Difficult directions to see as the print is so so small. The pieces don’t always seamlessly fit so then the marbles don’t go down by themselves. It’s a major pain to put together and takes adults 2 hours to do.

Cool idea, poor quality!

First of all, I believe it's very optimistic to have this for kids above 6 years old. Very challenging for kids at that age range. Next, we love the idea, however the quality of materials is disappointing, especially the post one.

Horrible

Buy this product if you hate yourself or want to loose your sanity. Instructions are useless.

The creators of this toy, hate parents.

If I could give it -10 stars I would. Complicated, poorly designed, and flimsy. Also didn’t even have the marbles (which are smaller than regular marbles) in the box, so can’t even use it. Spent hours putting it together. Please don’t waste your money. Lakeshore has a marble run that is much better and allows you to creat your own designs.
