Was putting together and it was poorly welded do the hook for arm just broke off. Too big to try to ship back. Itritated

For the people who have taken the time to write a review of how easy to assemble this product was, please kindly, GFY!!!! THIS WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST ASSEMBLY AND INSTRUCTIONS EVER. Let's just say my experience ended with me throwing the chair and the tools at it!

Cheaply made and had a imperfection in the arm and a bent bracket. It was also very cumbersome working with the seller on the return.

DO NOT waste your money. 8 months of use under a porch and it corroded through the frame. Manufacturers response was no warranty and has been discontinued.

Did not assemble properly which forced me to return the product. Incorrect parts included (received 4 “right arm rests” and no left ones). Not recommended

These are very cheap the bolts strip and they don’t seem like they will last, the instructions are really bad and wait till you try to put on the ugly little bolt covers. I tried to return but it’s $900 Because they want you to send it back to China so they’ve got a whole racket going. Don’t buy from this company

I was so excited about this set. Honesty… Pros : 1. It looks great. 2. They were comfortable before that broke. Cons: 1. The bolts did not work well. 2. My brother is about 250 pounds and one broke when he sat in it (third time someone sat in it). 3. I wrote the seller and they did not contact me back. I wanted to love these sooo much but I can’t use them.

So these chairs were hell. I honestly believe one star is to high of a rating for the heap of scrap you well receive in a box labeled Suncrown. I felt like assembling this was almost an elaborate game. You must first decipher the instruction manual, then match the supplies best you can, because none of it is labeled. Start the assembly process if by chance the holes line up, the screws well either strip or only screw in halfway. Also be very careful handling the edges are ridiculously sharp. I cut myself pretty bad. If you attempt to return this the company will ask you to pay for return shipping, and pictures to collaborate reason for return as if they don't know they sold you a pile of scrap. Its not all bad though the cushions were some what comfortable if I can't get a refund will repurpose them for dog beds.

This set was very difficult to put together. The tools supplied barely worked. I wasnt able to put the glass top on to the table base because I dont have the correct screw length. I contacted the seller but they are giving me a hard time about sending me 4 screws the proper length. A big thank you card in the box saying dont hesitate to call if theres a problem. I cant get anybody on the phone either. Their customer service is abysmally bad and the product kind of sucks. ..and...the instructions refer to a hardware package but nothing in the hardware package is marked so nothing matches back to the instructions back to the instructions. its alot of guess work...horrible...Dont buy it...

The instructions were so incredibly bad! I have put so many things like this together without any problems but THIS.. If I could have just removed the screws and re-attached the piece I put on incorrectly, I’d be happy. But I found all the screws to be completely stripped already, with just one use of the drill!! I know I didn’t over tighten the screws. Cheap materials, avoid this product. The chair that is messed up cannot seat a person, it drops you all the way to the ground! I’m so angry about this. If the instructions were more than just idiotic pictures that don’t show the nuances of nearly identical pieces to determine what’s what, and if the materials weren’t absolute crap, i would have given 5 stars. I would absolutely not recommend this product, waste of money because the ENTIRE set is ruined by bad instructions and the inability to remove the screws to correct any errors.
