I kept it because it was pretty but for the money , very cheaply made. A nightmare to put together and we’re good at assembling things. It was hard to understand instructions. They don’t make it easy to assemble or understand. Would not recommend this product for the cost.

The rocking chairs once built are comfortable and look great on our patio. The pillows feel great after almost 2 months of use. Quality of frames and assembly parts is absolutely horrible. The screws might as well be plastic. The “L” hex key provided is useless as most screws are located in corners and thus a socket hex driver is the only way to go. The leg frames if left in the rain (these are outdoor units…go figure), will belch out rusty water after every storm. My patio is now permanently stained in a couple of areas. I had to to remove the leg screws and add rubber washers to prevent water access. The vendor was nice and sent a replacement leg and hardware, however the other chair developed the same leak. Time to disassemble the other screws and seal. You get what you pay for….

My box was missing 8 longer screws that are required to finish assembling both of the chairs and the coffee table. The seller was quick and responsive to messages and mailed me a new bag of parts. The parts were for a different product and I still could not assemble the coffee table. I was able to assemble the chairs. They refunded me the cost I spent at my local hardware store on replacement screws. The quality is poor (budget level). I don't need anything fancy but it probably won't last for very long. Assembly is not the easiest because the holes do not line up when attaching the chair to the rails. Constant pressure had to be applied to stretch things into place while screwing in the screws. This may make things difficult for a small or differently-abled person to assemble. I looked into returning it but the box was overpacked (bulging on delivery) and I wasn't sure I would be able to reclose it. Additionally, the original box must be returned to China before a refund can be processed, which I imagine would take a long time. I was also unsure if I needed to pay (which would have been an exorbitant amount from the USA to China).

I still haven’t finished putting this item together. Very few of the holes line up properly. I got 1 chair mainly out together, but I have 3 areas that don’t line up properly and I have to drill my own holes for. I haven’t bothered with the table or second chair yet. Definitely not worth the money I paid for it and likely won’t use it this summer. It’s too difficult to get the pieces back in the packaging to return to seller so I’m just going to make the best of it and drill in some extra holes and hope they don’t collapse on me.

I loved these chairs initially, but sadly after less than a month the cushions have faded. I can only imagine how bad they will look in another month.

Do not recommend- Comfy chairs but did not last- frame bent after 1 year, collapsed at start of 2nd summer.
