Once set up, it is comfy. However, parts do not match the instructions. We had to use our own tools and break out a hammer to get some of the parts to line up properly. Still need to complete the other chair due to needing to but screws that are the proper length.

Loved the end result but it was the most difficult assembly of my life

I tried for three days straight to put this together and I just couldn't do it, I finally got help and which we both believe I received the wrong parts to assemble this. Luckily, I had screws and bolts from previous orders during my move. Otherwise, I would had to return it.

I like it...it sits a little to low bur the table legs weren't there. They told me to take pics of box and product. Took them , sent message to ask where to send? Got no reply... still waiting on legs.

Good quality chairs for a good price. If that was it, they'd have 5 stars. Unfortunately you need to construct these monstrosities. This is like Ikea on steroids. Not only were most of the parts unlabeled and the directions vague, but their idea of a helpful diagram is an Escher print. The screws strip very easily and even loosely assembled, the bottom of the table is not the same width as the top. I had to bend the metal just to make it level. I don't even know why they include screw covers since they don't stay on. The end result is nice, but getting there is a pain.

I purchased these a couple years ago and wanted to add two more chairs around our patio. Unfortunately these are not the same as they used to be, and the manufacturer has significantly cut corners with the material. They are now smaller, thinner, and the cushions are noticably lesser quality than just 2 years ago. I was planning to buy another set, but after seeing these I will pass. The chairs are easy to assemble and mostly comfortable. They're good enough to keep, but they aren't nearly as good as the previous versions.

This product is called "Costway 2PCS Outdoor Wicker..." and the picture shows 2 chairs. I guess I was naive but based on the price and description I thought I was getting 2 chairs. I received only one. The chair was easy to put together and is very comfortable, but the materials and quality do not justify the price, especially for just one chair.

I like these chairs however I am very disappointed in the quality of the cushions. We store the cushions away in a bin when not in use. After just two weeks of occasional use the cushions have severely faded. Not what I would anticipate for the price of these chairs
