The USB cord comes with it does not work I have to get a new USB cord for it to work I thought it didn’t work but I have to try multiple device which the USB came with my product but when I get a new USB cord it finally charge and it is working so I would like you guys to send me a new USB cord please

Got this for my brother for Christmas and now he wears it all the time. He loves wearing it outside or in the garage during the cold months. He says the sound quality is really good, and the battery life must be too for how much he uses it!

I got this hat since I had scored a deal. When it arrived it said that it had wireless Bluetooth speakers.. I did t know it had that, put them in thinking it would be no big deal… but for someone who has small ear holes and the ear buds sometimes hurt this is great.. this is the first day I’m wearing this so I do t know the battery length but so far I’ve been wearing it for 2 hours and I’ve not noticed any lag yet

It works great! It's comfortable and it's got good sound. It's a good way of getting around the "no headphones" rule at my work. The only complaints I'd have are that the battery doesn't last as long as I'd like (anywhere between 4 and 6 hours depending on how much you fiddle with the buttons instead of just letting it play) and it's kind of difficult to get the device put back into place nicely after removing them to wash the beanie. But it's definitely worth it and I would definitely recommend!

Got this for a friend that works Night Shift says it’s the best gift ever, Loud and high-quality sound. I listened to it myself and was pretty amazed at the sound quality with consideration to earbuds and how loud it is.
