Says 10 hours play time? HA! Try SIX hours at most! You will need to buy two to get you through a single night unless you sleep less than 6 hours! It's not what I thought I was buying. Too tight around the head, I've never met a hat too small for me, this must be a child size advertised as adult size. Really hard to get the charger into the port through the tiny hole in the fabric. LED doesn't need to be flashing the whole time and that's so annoying, that's a really dumb feature, other bluetooth I use the light is OFF when it's connected. This is meant to keep lights from bothering me but flashes in my right eye the whole time. And I'm not sure why people say it's comfortable, it hurts to even lay down and watch a video with the hard earphone against your ear, sleeping is a pain.

I bought this hat for Christmas for my 10 years old son as a Christmas gift. He have a new Samsung A10 phone. It paired the very 1st time, sound is great, he wore it everywhere including around the house and at night to bed, worked beautifully (So I thought)! Until now! We followed the instructions, took the actual controller head piece out in order to wash the hat! During this time my son kept the controller head piece on its charger. Now we're having trouble connecting it back to his phone! I even unpaired it from his phone to pair it again, still not showing up. My son just now told me, the speaker of the 2 part controller head piece does not have a slot in the hat to keep it in place. So he came to me frustrated saying he also had to keep finding the speaker part in his hat to reposition it, in order to enjoy his music. I can return the hat now so he'll just have to use it as a regular hat. I'm going to try to buy him another hat from a differt company & see if we have better luck. I took some pics to show you guys what I'm talking about. In one pic you'll see my finger pointing to too the speaker and an outline where it shows the speaker should be. But that's just it, AN OUTLINE!😂 There's no slot to hold it like it is for the other part of the head piece. I've tried all day to pair this again to his phone, my hubby and tried to pair this to our phones and it's not showing for us & our phone are more up-to-date then my kid! Wear and warmth was good sound and battery life was soso

I wear this around almost daily and it worked beautifully the first 2 weeks, but now it’s not holding a charge! I thought it was my cord, but no! I used 3 different cords and they all were fine. It’s just my beanie randomly stopped charging! How irritating!

Blue tooth beanie only lasts about an hour after a full charge, Hard to turn off and on. not a high rate

Nice warm hat...if you are buying this for great sound...don't. Music sounds like it us being funnel through a cup and string..audio from the phone sounds the same. Great idea but the execution leaves a bit to be desired.

There virtually was no sound, the volume was so low I could not hear anything. If I was inside and turned all the way up in a corner, maybe. This was a bad buy for me, one of a few.

Mic not work by can't hear me when I talk but I can hear fine
