I like using these pans. They were easy to coat and I liked the shine they had after being coated/prepped. They are not too heavy which is something I was worried about. The sizes are just right, not too big. My sister has a cast iron and she liked mine better because the size was more manageable. I have not noticed any durability issues so I think they will last long. It’s nice to have two of them. I plan to use the smaller one for desserts and the bigger one for savory items. Cooked chicken in the big one and it turned out delicious.

I’ve really enjoyed using the Bobby Flay by GreenPan cast iron frypan set. Both pans heat evenly and hold heat really well, which makes cooking meats, eggs, and veggies super easy. The material feels sturdy and durable, and the nonstick surface works great once it’s properly seasoned. They’re a little heavy, but that’s expected with cast iron. Cleanup is simple as long as you follow the maintenance instructions. Overall, they’ve become my go-to pans for everyday cooking. They came packaged perfect.
This Bobby Flay skillet is a nice hefty weight and is a great size. This pan reminds my of the old skillets on grandmas stove from when i was young, good memories.
Really excellent quality cast iron pan. It’s large and heavy and has a great ergonomic handle. I cured it with white rice and a small drizzle of olive oil and baked it on high heat for about 30 minutes. It’s nonstick now and I can’t wait to use it for all of my cooking needs.
