Does a good job, but the on/off switch is bad. Can operate it but a real pain, the switch seems to be not installed correctly and falls inside housing. Seems to be no way to fix it, just have to live with it, but it works for my needs.

This scrubber has potential! I was looking forward to using it to clean my shower floor and walls. I'm impressed by the number of different scrubber attachments that are included to use on different surfaces. I also like that it's easy to adjust the scrubber to be shorter or longer. However, it is so difficult to use that I cannot use it. The scrubber is so powerful that I'm unable to hold it steady or in one place. The only thing that I can compare it to is a cartoon character holding a fire hose- I cannot control it! I had my husband also try to use it, and despite being much stronger than me, he's unable to control it either. I was so looking forward to using this and having a spotless shower, but it's just entirely impractical for us to try to fight with this scrubber. We're back to the old school hand scrubbing.

I purchased this scrubber with two batteries and they will not charge! Total waste of money because there is no customer service number to call!

bought this item, had a bad experience with the charger (didnt work) contacted the company they did nothing to help didnt offer to replace the non working charger. very bad customer service, dont thin I will ever buy anything from this company again

Scrubbing. What it was made for. This is the second one I’ve gotten. First didn’t work at all. The second worked for about 10 seconds and won’t power up again.

I used this item once and it worked great. The next time I went to use it the power button stuck and wouldn’t work. Amazon sent me a replacement, this one broke on first use. Don’t waste your money. I’m still waiting to hear back from the seller after having written to them, doubtful I will hear back.

The plastic piece that attached to the different is poorly designed and comes off inside the head everything you try to change the heads requiring needle nose pliers to get out and a headache. To fussy, poor design.

First time I used it the on/off button broke and coolapsed inside the unit. No way to fix it and return window has closed. Don't waste your money

This product came with several different tools for different types of cleaning and it can be angled to get into hard to reach places which is why I purchased this particular one. It did work well on my shower/bath, twice. Unfortunately the 3rd time I tried to use it, I could get no power. I'm uncertain of the customer service on these issues as I hadn't reached out within the time alotted. Good in theory, but pricey unit for just a couple of cleanings.

I an an Amazon prime member. I researched,and saw this item and it looked just right for me. It looks capable however I am not being provided tracking. It looks like I am being ignored. If I cannot get it I should be refunded. Your call.Really. They are now saying ny package could be lost after saying it. was delivered. and not providing tracking.
