In this day when it is hard to find a human being to speak with, it was both easy and helpful.The product works great and is exactly what I was looking for. I have had the T-1400U in my 2007 Tacoma for over 4 years. I replaced the camera after if it was backed into a little over a year ago. Recently, the picture on the replacement camera became pixelated and I contacted customer support.Customer Support walked through some trouble shooting, and even though the camera was out of warranty, offered a discount for a new one.They stayed in contact through the whole process and I really appreciated that.Highly recommend this product.

We did the wireless version and it was super easy to install. It fits perfectly on our 2015 Hyundai Elantra. The picture is clear. Minor and very minor static sometimes but nothing that affects the ability to be able to see or use the backup camera. It's usually a small flicker or static lines that go away quickly. My teen new driver loves the ability to see what is directly behind her.

Had installed the AUTO-VOX Rear View Backup Camera kit a few months ago. Then the Backup Camera started flickering. Emailed AUTO-VOX about problem & was informed to order the Backup Camera from Amazon. The person at AUTO-VOX was very helpful. Remember, the backup camera is a helpful tool when back up. Driver still has to look around and make sure it is safe to back up.

The wireless conction works OK.

Had an issue with the charger. Reached out to Customer Service and they helped me determine the issue quickly. Happy with my experience.

This camera/mirror combo was incredibly convenient when I wanted to add a rear view camera to my ‘98 but didn’t want to run cables the length of the car, and didn’t have a screen for the display. The mirror/screen for this looks nearly OEM, blends in great with the interior, and the power cable is very easy to hide away if you have the skills to ditch the lighter connector and splice it into a 12v power source.Customer support was also great when I needed it more than a year after purchase. I damaged part of the window mounting piece (entirely my fault) and contacted customer support in hopes I could get a new one. They got back to me quickly and all I had to pay for the new part was shipping. I’d highly recommend this.

Easy to install should have came with an hard wire option works well

I really do like the back up camera I bought. I didn't realize how dependent I was on it until the cigarette charger stopped working. No power no back up camera. I searched for a generic replacement on line for hours and could not find anything. I contacted Auto-vox customer service and they were able to help me. They returned my email right away and a new charger is on its way. Great customer service.
