I bought this in 2019 and I am satisfied with the product and customer care representative, Kaya helped me to address the issue I had with the cable.

I purchased the system in November 2022 but didn't install until September 2023 on my 2003 Dodge Dakota SLT. The mirror/monitor was an easy and secure fit onto the existing mirror mount. I did not want a cable running down the window and dash to get to the auxiliary power connector (cigarette lighter) so I snaked it between the cab roof and headliner, then down the driver side pillar cover into the fuse box. I added a fuse tap and extra fuse to power the mirror. I added spacers between the camera mount and bumper so as not to pinch the camera cable. I did all the camera and transmitter wiring behind the driver side tail light and mounted the transmitter high on the inside bed wall just forward of the tailgate. The system works great and helps me tremendously. I recommend this system and found it easy to install, even with my modifications. Everything I needed came in the kit. I have never been a very good judge of distance when backing up and this helps so much. I am a happy customer. Ken CPositive update: Well at three months The unit is working perfectly and I absolutely love how it works and how it helps me. I have learned a couple of things I think are worth sharing. While having nothing to do with the camera, its behavior has demonstrated that my transmission reverse switch is experiencing an intermittent malfunction. Sometimes when I am NOT in reverse the camera will come on. The only way that is possible is if the reverse lights have turned on. The camera has pointed to a switch malfunction. Sometimes backing up the reflection from window glass or a shiny door or wall will overwhelm the camera and flood out the image, but it always recovers. I have discovered that if I go into reverse near TV station uplinks or other possibly strong microwave sources I will get some display static, but considering the units operational frequency that could be expected, although it took a couple of times to figure it out. When the unit arrived there was an optically clear sticker over the camera lens. I left it on until it fogged up. I have been searching for this kind of optically clear, low tack sticker to use to continue to protect the lens but so far no luck. I reached out to the seller but apparently they cannot provide a roll of these stickers because they never responded to my inquiry. I truly am very happy with this product. I just need and want to find a way to protect the camera lens. regards, Ken C

Well after the warranty expired on our back up camera, it stopped working. We contacted customer service in Beijing via email. Our customer service representative, Kaya, was so helpful and always responded to our questions with step-by-step instructions for testing the product and replacing (with a generous discount) the part that was no longer operational. As of the writing of this review, we are extremely pleased with the product and the excellent customer service. What a refreshing customer service experience!

The picture from this camera setup looks every bit as good as the ad shows. Even in total darkness, the image looks like daytime. The hardest part is gunning the wires behind body panels. I installed into my wife's Jeep Patriot, a hatchback body style. Very good for the money.

This review is mainly about their customer services. Kaya was wonderful and very patient with me. Though the AUTO VOX wasn't a hit for me they did sent me a new different camera that was easy to install and more convinced to use for free of charge. Make sure u mount the transmitting antenna in a high position in the vehicle , near or in the headliner so signal can comunicate with the rear view mirror.
