This lamp looked visually appealing based on the floor model and was priced well...but it was impossible to assemble correctly! The threads were crooked and the top did not sit flush. Need to return it ASAP.

Impossible to assemble! I wasted hours of my life trying (followed the instructions) and have a blister on my red sore hands. It will not screw together in two places. Will be taking this back asap! Don't waste your time.

Worst lamp I've ever owned. I can only use the reading light. The top light flickers on and off, even when I use dimmable bulbs and have the dimmer is turned all the way up. I've barely owned this lamp a year and already I need to replace it.

Could not screw the bottom light on. The glass was too small for the metal piece it was supposed to screw on to. The rest of the lamp leans and is crooked.

I bought this lamp on 10/4/20. It was exactly what I needed to replace a very old lamp with similar features. It worked great for a few weeks, then the top light started flickering. I found that it would stay on if I didn't turn the dimmer switch all the way on. Now a few weeks more, and the light has started going off and on all the time no matter what. Was so excited to find the right kind of lamp that I failed to read the reviews. So now I have no light at all. Hope to return it.

Just bought this lamp and assembly was no problem, thankfully mine isn’t crooked like most reviewers have dealt with. My issue lies in that the top lights will NOT turn on. For $60 this was a complete waste. If it were $40 or less I’d feel better about it but anything above that for a lamp is pricey in my book and needs to be top quality. I bought the bulbs it asked for specifically too. Very disappointed

I fell in love with the look of this lamp. After reading the bad reviews I thought maybe I’ll get lucky and not have the same problems. The first one I bought was easy to put together and worked fine. I bought another because I was satisfied with the first. After less than a month the top light of the second lamp I purchased stopped working. Soon after I had the same problem with the first lamp I purchased. Thankfully I was able to call target and get a full refund for both lamps. They are beautiful but not worth it.

In under 2 weeks the lamp has started flickering and I cant seem to figure out why. It is properly connected and am using the light bulbs that came with the lamp. Bulbs are not the issue. I have thrown away the packaging, so now no way to return it. Will have to buy another lamp now. Pretty Disappointed

We didn't even get this all the way out of the box before recognizing this lamp was cheap trash. The finish on the piece with the daughter lamp is obviously different (not brushed; see photos) and this inconsistency makes it look cheap. I'm not even sure if it had some of the issues noted by other reviewers because I didn't bother to fully assemble it, knowing I wasn't planning to keep it. We're totally bummed because it was exactly what we wanted, and for some reason, these lamps are hard to find right now. We won't keep something that is clearly not even well manufactured enough to have a consistent finish. Trust the bad reviews; we should have. This is getting returned.

Whole thing coming apart. The plastic piece was broken and cracked. Wobbled. Bottom pieces coming out.
