Works very well
I’m updating the review. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email from Ring support. One of the thing mentioned is that now it clearly indicates that it’ll not ring existing chime. Other than it requiring Ring Chime, I’m very happy and satisfied with the wired Ring doorbell. No WiFi hiccups, immediate alert/notification, good viewing angles, night vision etc.I’d definitely buy ring products.==== old review ====Need to buy more expensive product to allow using existing wired doorbell.
