I have a 34-35” waist. I had to stretch it to even meet the clasp. I think it would not work for a 36” waist and I’m afraid the 36-40 size would be too large.

It fits but slightly on the small side so there may be a little more stress on the woven fabric than necessary. Overall it’s a very nice belt and design is not cheap in appearance

I wear a 38 jeans size waist and ordered the Large 44-48, I could barely stretch it to fit, very little wiggle room, however it is a nice looking belt with nice packaging.

I like the belts. Ordered 48 to 52 and I have 45 waist. Works fine but wish I had ordered next size.

I have a 36w and ordered the medium 36-40” , it works but bunches the shorts up doing so. Recommend one size more

I wear 36" slacks and pondered over which size belt. I decided on the small which was the right decision. The small appeared too short but the belt stretched enough to fit. I like the belt enough to order another in a different color.
