They are a little stiff but hopefully over time, they will loosen up a bit. They are a good ankle height. They fabric is professional looking. These are a good choice for dress shoes that are not too stuffy and more business casual. Good looking shoes and priced very well. This item Felt true to size and the width Felt true to width. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband enjoys a good Chukka boot and since his old ones are pretty worn, he decided to give these Jerad Chukkas from Goodfellow a try. He tried his usual size 10.5 and felt they were way too big. He would need to size down for sure at least a half size, maybe more. From a looks perspective they are a standard Chukka boot and are similar to his old ones. They are great with jeans or pants when you want something other than a sneaker. Again, not that comfortable and the look of it is not great trying to pull off a more stylish, casual shoe. Length was ok and toes don’t hurt inside. Texture and feel are ok and decent to the touch. For the value, I’d rather spend a little more money to get something higher quality. This item Felt true to size and the width Felt too narrow. I received an incentive to write this review.
