I bought this printer and as soon as I tried to connect it to my phone for the first time it proceed to do a firmware update. After that it would not connect to any of my devices. I have been in contact with customer serivce and the best they can offer me is an exchange at my own cost, meaning I will have to pay shipping both ways. I have seen online where other people have had this same issue so please beware if you buy this printer. and KEEP YOUR RECEIPT because there is a high change you'll have to return it.

I have used it a total of three times since I received it in the span of a year. The first time I charged it for hours, unplugged it, and whenever I tried to use it the next day, it was dead. The next incident I charged it for hours and within 20 minutes of me wanting to print 2 pictures it died

Was so excited to get this for my birthday I used it twice same cartridge and it jammed now it won’t even come out

The print quality is not good.

It worked fine for a few months then I got a paper jam and was unable to get the cartridge out. The device began smoking until i reset it. I tried printing again with a new cartridge but It tells me "no paper." Its actually so ridiculous. I have spent over 200 dollars on two devices and paper, for them both to end up jammed and worthless. Dont waste your money on this garbage.

I bought 2 of these and both brand new only printed 5 prints each then Started getting an “No Paper” message. Changed the cartridges 3 times each. It’s become more costly than convenient.

Absolutely hated this product. DO NOT BUY!! Will not connect to any apple product, and zero assistance given. Complete waste of money and time.

Neither target or the manufacturer are willing to help me with my printer that has a paper jam (due to no fault of my own) and unable to print pictures all because I can’t find the receipt from a few months ago. This was a pricey purchase and I don’t want to have to spend another $100 to print more pictures (and I wasn’t two cartridges so that’s about another $33 wasted). I couldn’t predict that this could happen and I can’t even get it fixed. You can see the damage. Save your money and don’t get it.

Would continue to say “no paper” I even changed the cartridge twice and still continued to not work. Anyone else have this issue?

Warning!! This printer will not work with older iPhones!! The app needs at least the 13.0 OS update which is not available on the iPhone 6 and older. I bought this for my daughter for Xmas but she can’t use it with her phone because it’s an iPhone 6 (hand me down). HUGE let down for her and myself Christmas morning because this was her “big” gift this year. There is no warning on the box or in the description of the product either. Shame on Apple AND Polaroid! There is no reason a simple photo app can’t work on the older OS other than putting profits over people.
