Took 3 hours to assible, very uncomfortable, more like a child's couch don't waste your money

Pretty disappointed. This has great reviews but I don’t agree. The cushions are very hard but the worst part is that there is no way to keep them in place. The cushions slip and slide everywhere. If they had a way to keep them in place it would be a pretty solid set.

overall its a nice unit but it took so much time to assemble it, i found out later other similar products that didn't need it so much assembly, thanks,

The clips slide easily causing the pieces to be mis-aligned. Also these clips break easily when trying to separate the pieces and change configuration. Also, the seats are too lightweight - even someone weighing 150-170 pounds can slide the seats when they sit down quickly.

Furniture is very nice not to bad to assemble 4 seats and the table took me and my husband about a hour, instructions are so so. BUT the fact my oder didn't all come in at same time 3 days later my last box came in missing the box that has all the hardware, legs and clips was missing, email costumer service, they sent me 2 legs for 2 seats (needed 8 legs) and when I think of legs it's the silver peice? they literally sent me 8 of the black stoppers in the bottom on the silver peice, so now I am 2 weeks into this and I am not fully able to assemble the 7 peice set yet.

We were ECSTATIC about this!! However, we were not aware that if the cushions get wet it takes FOREVER to get dry!!! We’ve had to set them up on their side in order to let the saturation to drain. If you use the cover, purchased with it, it will cause your cushions to mold. Just frustrated b/c everything I read up on this before purchasing, ALL GREAT REVIEWS. Had we known the cushions would be so poor we wouldn’t have bought it. So when we removed the covers of the cushions, the pics will show, the actual cushions literally fall apart everywhere!!!! I’m BEYOND disappointed in this product!!! Had I known the cushions were so poorly made I would have NEVER purchased this!!! My advice DON’T do it!!!

Assembly was ok. Took me about 6-7 hours for the entire project. It looks nice and does provide ample seating. It is lower to the ground than I expected. The cushions are not high quality. They are slippery and do not stay in place. A little Velcro will take care of this problem. I have this sectional on a covered deck with little to no direct sunlight yet the cushions have faded in 3 months. The are waterproof and wipe clean easily. Overall, it serves its basic purpose but I do not recommend this product for unprotected areas. I already feel like I need new cushions.

I really liked this set until I made the EPIC mistake of trying to remove the covers to wash them.. Whatever material the interior pillows are wrapped in has begun to disintegrate (after only two years on a screened in porch where the pillows are brought in for the winter and not exposed to heavy rains), creating a flakey disaster. I pulled the pillow out without realizing and was totally covered in flakes and dust from whatever this crap is. I wish I had taken a picture before I cleaned up the mess. So much for getting my set nice and clean. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Sofa is good quality but it took a lot of time to install it. I believe there is a big time design flaw in the installation process. I don't understand why you have to put screws to hold the L shaped feet in each corner. It could have been designed little bit better without needing to put screws. This would save half the time. Also, the stickers they are using to identify each parts doesn't always stay on the part. It fell down in many parts for me and it was a big nightmare matching parts. To me, installation took me about between 7 and 8 hours in three different sessions. Probably worth getting an assembled one from local store may be for little bit more money is worth the extra money.
