I love the end product. Other reviews say it’s a 2 hour assembly, no way. Too many screws and used my drill when I could. Allow at least 3.5-5 hours for assembly, depending on how accustomed you are to assembling things.

Customer service through the roof on this one. Had furniture for over 6 months and my dog chewed up a couple of the cushions, they replaced them for free 6 months later. Furniture is sturdy and looks great too.
