I needed a new mirror so I got this one. It barely stays lit, and when it's all the way turned up I can still barely see myself. It will slowly dim over time while i'm doing my makeup to the point there's no point in trying to use the highest setting, because it's the exact same as the lowest setting. Worst mirror i've ever used PERIOD.

Description says 2 AA needed. Love when I opened the back and saw slots for 4 AAA batteries

It does not give enough light save your money I do not recommend this item at all

It wasn’t the size I thought it was. I was looking for something bigger. Not happy with them

The mirror itself if fine but the dims so much after being on for less than a minute. Batteries were changed out to see if that’s the problem but it wasn’t that. I can’t even see my face in the mirror with it at the “highest” setting and while im sitting in the dark.

Starts to dim after about a month of usage (even with new batteries it does not improve). Also the height is inconvenient since I have to slouch down to use it on my desk (my desk and chair are normal heights by the way). Definitely recommend getting a makeup mirror that has a stand/longer neck aspect to it that makes it taller instead of settling for this cheaper one.

It looks great but what a pain in the tuchas! It doesn't come with batteries. Ok, I get that. But, then they tell you that you need a USB in order for the light to work. Great! But they don't ever specify WHAT USB you need. Even the woman from Conair couldn't tell me. I finally figured it out by trying all of the old USB cords I had in my home. And- you need a long enough cord to keep it plugged in. Waaaay too much trouble for me. I'm returning it and getting a better one.

The light dims after one hour of use. Seriously it’s great for the first day but after day one it becomes completely dim and batteries don’t not change it. I wish I could get my money back since it is pricey for the value you receive.

I loved this mirror at first and then the light becomes so dim you can’t even see anything. I’m out of my return window but safe your money
