The only I did not like was the lack of thickness for the cushions. Added the extra pillows.

Package delivery is slow and multiple boxes come on separate days. You will need to be patient about delivery and check that all parts and boxes are not damaged and you have received all parts. I received everything yet it took a week for all package to arrive. Some of the boxes were damaged in transit, however all parts were not damaged.The instructions are just pictures with no actual written details. If you take it step-by-step these are okay. It helped to have another person holding the other side of the canopy while connecting.Overall the product is well made, comfortable and fun. My wife loves it and got some great larger pillows to make it super colorful and fun addition to the patio.

Really good product takes about two hours to put together. Good to have a second person.Well-made quality equipment. Their customer service department is outstanding had two little tears in the cover and within a week they shipped a whole new cover to me.This product is highly recommended and worth the money!!!!!

Le fabricant a pensé à plusieurs caractéristiques et comme point d'amélioration j'ajouterais un système pour retenir les coussins d'assise en place car ont tendance à glisser sur les bancs en style rotin. Que dire du vendeur Tangkula...j'ai eu à communiquer avec eux et quel service impeccable! Sincèrement, je leur donne un 12 sur 10, ils ont été d'une gentillesse et d'une efficacité hors du commun à répondre à mon besoin. Si vous devez acheter un produit d'eux, n'hésitez même pas!

Lovely piece of furniture. Attractive. Mostly comfortable. It’s not fun to assemble but doable within 2 hours with 2 people. Feels a bit flimsy in parts and the table is useless without a tray as the woven top has too much “bounce” and drinks spill. Our table also arrived damaged but customer service was excellent and accommodating. Over all a great buy. Functional. Attractive. Flexible.

This daybed came in separate boxes on different days so I was concerned a mistake was made. The seller communicates promptly in a very professional manner. As for the daybed itself, it was fairly easy to put together solo. It look me a couple of hours but it can be done. Got stumped at the canopy portion but the video helped.
