I watch movies on my phone sometimes at night and its perfect for my nightstand.

I bought this stand for the very reason that it allows me to use my own Apple charging cables. I didn’t have the money to spend on Apple approved third party manufacturer charging stations nor did I want any of those cheaper ones to potentially fry my phone’s battery. This simple stand allowed me to feed the cables through the base and snap them into place through each of the three grooves provided—one for the phone, Apple Watch and AirPods. All my devices are now neatly placed on my bedside table and safely charged at night. I did invest in a USB charging block to save space since I only have one wall plug on my side of the room. I have yet to take this on a trip, but it is light and compact enough to fit in any suitcase. For a small unit, it holds my heavy iPhone 13 ProMax quite well. The rubber grips at the base keeps the product from skidding across surfaces when you disconnect your devices. Be sure to use your original cables, though. I had bought a 2m cable for my phone so I could use the phone in bed while it charged. Unfortunately, that cable wound up being too thick for the grooves, so I had to go back to the original shorter cable. In short, a great simple product.
