These are great!! We had one at our last house for a few years, so when we moved to a bigger yard I knew exactly what to get. I used it all last year, daily during the gardening season, and it worked beautifully. These just make it easy to water your plants and wander around with, instead of filling up a watering canister to lug around. We actually just got a second one for the front yard because it works so well.

This hose real is a first for me. I was surprised that it came with a 100' hose attached and ready to go. The hose is the smaller 3/8 size and the hole unit weighs around 30 to 35lbs. It does come with a mount 4 screws and plastic anchors. I mounted it on a 4" × 4" post which the mount fit perfectly on it. I like the feature of the whole unit being able to swivel so that you always have a straight line from the sprayer to the unit itself. (Less chance of kincking that way) It is retractable however, it is a hearty spring and does take a little effort to pull on it. It has a self locking feature which is nice. You can pull out what you need, pull to you hear clicking and release. It will lock itself in place until you pull on it again. Word of caution. When rolling the hose back, walk with hose in hand as it recoils. As strong as the spring is, I am sure it will eventually damage the unit if you do not control the speed while it is recoiling. After buying my first one and liking it so much, I purchased another one for the back. I would recommend this product

Easy to install (best on a 4X4 post - great to use around the barn. Love the retractable hose. Nozzle being plastic froze up so we replaced it with a metal ACE Hardware nozzle
