Charger port is broken and you have to put the cord in certain ways to get it to charge. I’ve contacted the renewed store 3 times in 2 months with no reply each time! Never again!

Ipad was in way better shape than I thought it would be, being refurbished and for the price I paid! Pristine, not a scratch on it! Looks like nobody ever touched it. It blew my mind how new it looked! The charger that came with it wouldn't charge it, but I sent them a message, they responded so quickly, and are sending me a new charger. These are good people. :) Highly recommend these folks if you can't afford a brand new one! Thrilled with this purchase, as I have been waiting a long time to afford an iPad for art. These humans rock!
