I really like the iPhone cables, but I think customer service could have been more prompt in their response and more informative about delivery time. If items are coming from somewhere far away tell the customer up front. I buy sewing machine feet from China and the dealer is very clear about the time it will take. However I am very happy with the cables and would shop with u again.
