These are not your grandfather's 100.00 hearing aids but he couldn't hear with those anyway. These are state of the art, high quality, multi-purpose aids that work in any settings. They are programable with and easy to use APP that you download on to your phone. It walks you through a set up process that patterns your hearing in each ear. Just as if you went to a high priced hearing aid store. You can see from the picture they hide in your ear and are easy to pull back out and recharge. They are worth the price, because you hear exceptionally well. As an investment in improving your quality of life and everday living I would highly encourage you to try them out. I'm that pleased with them. Think of it as paying pennies a day to hear all of your family members again and especially the grandkids. Oh if you decide you want just peace and quiet, pick up your phone and hit mute. Enjoy.

I have been wearing my new Eargo hearing aids everyday since receiving them. My overall expectations are completely exceeded. It took just a day to get used to them and are very comfortable. They are very small, almost invisible, and are easily inserted into my ears. They do come with three sizes of silicone tips to help customize the fit. I actually use one small tip for my left ear and a medium for the right. Setting up the hearing aids was very simple and straight forward with the intuitive phone app. Using the app allows for switching modes depending upon the environment you are in, which changes the effectiveness of the hearing aids. I have found them very useful during meetings, especially ones in large rooms with multiple people. Peoples’ voices seem clearer, less muffled and easier to understand. This really has help me stay focused and attentive during work meetings as well as club meetings. Being in crowded situations has been a challenge for quite some time but wearing these in a crowded bar/restaurant or any noisy situation is incredible. The sound quality and clarity are excellent. It’s easy to discern who is speaking and makes the experience easier, more enjoyable and less exhausting. Friends have commented that I seem much more engaged in these types of settings. Overall, I am so pleased with these hearing aids and highly recommend them.

Eargo is an amazing product and an amazing company to deal with. I tried three sets of "hearing aids" before I decided to purchse Eargo SEs. I should have started with them first. First the product. The Eargo SEs are completely in the canal of the ear (CIC) They're easy to maintain, come in a convenient carrying case that is also a charger and will recharge the Eargo SEs up to 5 times before it needs to be rechaged. At 16 hours/charge, that's 80 hours before your carrying cae/charger needs to be recharged! Next, the company does a live webinar with you to familiarize you with the Eargo SEs and besides a one year warranty, provides LIFETIME support...that's unheard of! When you call support, you speak to someone, you don't go through a menu searching for the right "bot" to give you the wrong answer. If I had one wish it would be one higher step of volume, only becsuse I didn't realize how bad my hearing was in my left ear
